New rates went into effect for both Oregon and Washington starting November 1. Though some customers will see rates go up, many will see rates decrease.
Here is a breakdown of what you can expect:
Oregon: The new annual sales Weighted Average Cost of Gas (WACOG) in Oregon is $0.43366 per therm, compared to the previous $0.44732 per therm; the winter sales WACOG in Oregon is $0.45252 per therm, compared to the previous $0.49005.
Washington: The new annual sales WACOG in Washington is $0.43274 per therm, compared to the previous $0.47117 per therm; winter sales WACOG in Washington is $0.45156 per therm, compared to the previous $0.51618 per therm.
